For each organism, you'll find details regarding the microbiology, epidemiology, clinical syndrome associated with the organism, diagnostic tests/procedures needed and detailed treatments. This section is separated in 2 sub-sections for quick access:

  • By alphabetical order: With links to directly go to the desired letter.
  • By class: Find the organism your looking for easily. The organism are separated using gram stain, morphology, aerobic vs. non-aerobic capacity and taxonomical family. 

Complete list of more than 300 infectious diseases. Each disease includes a short differential diagnosis, some general comments on treatment options and precautions as well as the recommended antimicrobial agents with the appropriate dosage. This section is separated in 2 sub-sections for quick access:

  • By alphabetical order: With links to directly go to the desired letter.
  • By anatomical location: Lists the infectious diseases by anatomical location or system.

  • Prevention of infections with chemotheraty: Complete list from bacterial endocarditis to prophylaxis for needlestick injury. All the prophylactic regiment used in your day to day practice.
  • Surgical antibiotic prophylaxis: Complete list by type of surgery of the prophylactic regiments used in surgical prophylaxis and the infectious organisms involved.
